I'm confused with your questions: If it is going to be nose heavy already, why are you placing the battery behind the first bulkhead? That will only make it more nose heavy!!

As for your second question: Just use a tube of your own, route it back through the fuse and secure the front end to a bulkhead in the radio compartment. No biggie
