RE: F27 STRYKER Part 7 : The Basics To The Darkest of Dark

I have been away from the park flyers (airplane section) of this forum for a little over a year but finally am getting my old park fliers out of the closet and hope to get a little help.
Can someone help me understand how to calculate the old F-27B stock motor and prop power measurements. I specifically am trying to figure out if a brushed 20 Amp ESC and 7.4v 1300mah 18c lipo battery would power the old brushed stock motor/prop. The lipo battery can supply up to 23.4 amps but I am not sure if the motor/prop would even draw up to that amount.
