Paul stocks a good line of replacement carbs. His business is located in Cumbria now, a bit north of you! His replacement carbs. are manufactured by Leo (I think) and look to be quite good. I bought one for a 4 stroke motor I have and it works just fine.

It seems to be a copy of the well respected OS 4D twin needle design.
