Rocketman, first ,great job ,excellent craftsmanship. What is the price of the Aero poxy, and do you have to purchase the gun seperately? Also do you feel you do not need to use the 6 oz. cloth to glass over the piece when using said Aeropoxy? Does the instructions call for glassing in the former as with most other Byron models?
Gary
Gary,
Thanks for the kind words. Here is the link to BVM http://www.bvmprops.com/Tools/aeropoxy.htm
Purchase the kit then more glue and tips as you need them.

For the Firewall I will be using West Systems resin and 6oz cloth. With a G62 on the nose there will be plenty of vibration and the extra cloth layer onto the fuse wall should keep it rock solid. I will skip glassing the formers in place using only the Aeropoxy to mount them. Pat McCurry and others have had excellent results without reinforcing glass. A search on the subject found builders doing glass and some with no glass.
