The bind plugs are hard to find. I bet I threw away 4 or 5 of them before I found out where they are. You have to go underneath the cardboard. It's in there, it's in all of them. Pull the cardboard out of the plastic box, take the rx out, and then open up the cardboard....
You'll find the bind plug in there.
