They are in there. I promise you, they are hard to find. I'm serious when I say I've thrown at least 4 or 5 of them in the trash before I realized where they were in the packaging.
Look and you will find them. If you just pull out the rx and instructions, you will end up throwing the bind plug in the trash. You have to tear the cardboard apart (literally) to find them.
That is true. The bind plug is squeezed inbetween the the back cardboard. Split it open and bam. I almost missed it as well. I've lost all my bind plugs though, but since it's a simple matter of shortening the ground and signal, I just use an extension cable with the wires shorted.
