I found the low needle is quite sensitive. If set slightly rich, the engine will burble in the middle, when transite from high to middle. Right now, it is at 1.25 turns out. Greate transition both ways. The high is at 1.5 turns out to get the good high RPM.

I would think in your case, the low could be on the rich side.
