RE: CEN Matrix Problem
Its pretty easy to repair and rewind the springs in pullstarts once you get the knack,I can repair a pullstart from most engines in around 5-8 minutes and is just a matter of "the knack".I'll post a link to a guide on how to do this and all thats involved is some patience,long nosed pliers,the rudimentry screwdrivers,2 zip ties and WD40.I was a novice at this and after a few its second nature,i've repaired Hyper 7 pullstarts,CEN Genesis,CEN MG16's,HB Lightnings and others,all with success and some even had snapped springs were they attach to the bobbin by reshaping the spring end with pliers to the original shape....
