Hi Scott,
I'm more than happy to share any pics I have. For the ribs I used ply (1mm or about 1/32). I cut them out with an electric fret saw from a printed pattern by stacking about 10 bits to save time.
Thin ply parts easily warp so I aligned them over the plan using comb-like balsa spacers (an idea I copied from somewhere on the forum). With the main structure complete I applied thin ply rib caps. In retrospect it would have probably been easier to do this before assemblying the wing (as is the case with all those impressive proctor N.11 builds).
The eyelets seem to do the job very well, at 1/3 scale I don't think they'd be visible through the covering so the illusion is perfect.
I'm really curious to see how you plan to do all the control surfaces , I wrecked my head trying to come up with a scale-like torque rod construction on the ailerons. Will you have servos in the wing or go with the bellcrank controls?
Don, nice to see you again too
