If you broke the shaft just by tightening it then for sure it would have broken within the first few flights anyway. I've snapped a shaft once but only after a hard prop strike with carbon blade. You need to contact the supplier and tell them. If you are a noob seek advice on replacing the shaft. It will take some force to take out the old shaft but it must be done carefully so as not to damage anything else. Good luck.
