I had a similar problem to yours with my GWS p51. Two things solved it: nose weight and epoxy in the ailerons. Check your ailerons to be sure they don't have too much slop. If so drop a small amount of epoxy down in the torque rod hole in the aileron. If the hole is the slightest too big it will make the airplane extremely unstable rollwise. Just a thought.
