There are many great epoxies out there. In my opinion, Loktite Hysol 9462 is the very best. This stuff is thixotropic (won't run or sag) and is used extensively by the turbine jet fliers for glueing plywood bulkheads to fiberglass. It has at least a one hour working time but full cure is overnight.
