Default RE: Byron Wedell Williams Racer Build

Need some feedback here....

Next is to mate the wings to the fuse. The formers had their doublers applied and fitted. Your asked to "Level the Fuse" with the 1-1/4 blocks from the wing jig. I had a hard time placing a line on the fuse so I figured the firewall must be level to give a "0" thrust angle. the nose would not come down enough to get it right and I had to add 1/4 in to the blocks at the TE I'll add the same amount to the wingtip blocks under W7 to set the proper dihedral. After getting the firewall leveled I checked the incidence of the fuse wing root and it's a grunt over 1 degree. The plans call for 1.5 to 2 degrees.

My question is did I do this correct?? Those flying the WWR where did you set the incidence? I had a Spacewalker with 3 degrees incidence and it kept ballooning above 1/2 throttle changed it to 1 degree and she flew great very stable.

Will wait for some opinions before moving on...

Thanks, Pete
