Default RE: CMPRO LEO 110

Well, after having it for 2 years, I finally tried to test fly a Leo 110 on Saturday. My Leo has a YS120FZ, Greve's pipe, hatori header, blah blah blah. After a dozen attempts to take off I finally gave up. The small wheels, wheel pants, and soft gear wouldn't allow it to rotate from the grass for anything.
After pulling the belly pan and wing off again I discovered all the plywood formers in the front of the fuse are totally loose. The covering started coming off all around the front as well. For the amount of time it will take to pull all my gear out again to be able to reglue all the formers I'm leaning more towards buying a different airplane than bothering to fix this one.

I was pretty let down, I've really been looking forward to flying this bird, I have very little spare time which is why it took so long for me to finally get around to finishing it, so then to not even be able to fly it was definitely dissappointing.

I've had other CMP ARF's before, still fly the crap out of one of their 50 size Giles, never a single problem. Biggest problem I have with the Leo now is confidence, I can reglue the formers I can see that are loose, but I don't feel confident in the rest of the plane at this point, what will let go next
