I don't have a temp metter or something close so I can't tell you the before and after temp reading but I can tell you it dose run cooler with just that extra vent and i still have the ESC at the wing. I may try what altavillan did of placing it on the motor mount just to make it balance better with out having to shove the battery to far into the nose. And dont worry about the drag, one of the guys that did the Reactor Bipe review did the same on his and I didn't saw any problem with the way it flew.

Summer for the servo screw my Hitec 65 came with them.
