Bob...I use the HobbyLobby hinges on all my big warbirds for the flaps and they install easy plus have the ability to remove the flaps while painting etc..........Spoilers work fine.....on the large jets they are @ 70%-75% aft of leading edge.......just above and slightly forward of the trailing edge flaps.......during WW2 the P-61 Black Widow (Northrop) used spoilers for roll control.......small ailerons were added just to give pilots some feedback on roll inputs..........the biz turboprop your speaking of is the MU2.....Bill...........
