In my backyard, there is a piece of concrete that is probably 50 feet long and 15 feet wide. Would this serve as a run way?

I looked up the gws slow stick and it looks exactly like the slow stick. I can't seem to find a website that had it though. I don't really understand the number in the name and i have read some post saying that it is just a frame on some of them? I am looking for one that will be able to fly out of the box without needing to get extra pieces since i'm still a beginner. The only thing i would probably buy along with the plane is a spare battery.
