Today I ran the DA50 for the first time on my Midwest 300. It was absolutely awesome!!! And it is not yet broken in. I ran a Menz 22-8, and it was turning between 6600 to 7000 rpms. Everything I heard about the engine being a powerhouse was true. I can't believe my good luck!!! The plane had a Moki 2.1 which was good, but this is even better! Plus the reliability of gasoline!!!
