With my Go 3 port sport, I couldn't get it to respond until over 280 degrees. By then, I couldn't restart it because of vapor lock. Horrible engine. Worst $125 I have ever spent.

It was probably a bad carb issue.
Umm, its been said over and over again... Go's like to run hot.
