Did you do much reinforcing of the engine mount area/firewall?

I am curious because I was thinking of putting one of these on floats, but based on the E-cub I think non-electric may be better for float flying. The E-cub I had ended up with a lot of water spray entering the cooling holes...ending up with damp electronics.
