Bound I ended up testing it the same way that i do automotive hall sensors and it came up bad. I do not know if the ICU itself is also bad but after talking to some guys and the service guys at horizon i came to the conclution that if the unit fires when powered up then the ICU is good. The bad thing is that the hall sensor is not buyable by itself.[]
