here, I scanned a photo of the connectors....it's obvious they are different, the 422 is fatter and it has a lip on one side...and the 311 has no lip and thinner. why they have to make different 3 wire connectors is beyond me....wish they were universal. i was really expecting them to be the same as they are both hitec.
