Default RE: Old Gasser - Returning as Electric

ORIGINAL: mattgatten

I'm an old R/C pilot that used to fly gas. I'm looking to come back (slowly) to electrics. Wanting to start with a smaller stable delta but I need info. (I'm an info nut). Can you guys point me to the good articles on electrics, formulas, equipment, motors, batteries, chargers, reviews, etc. It seems like this site is a great resource for all of that. Get me started and I'll do the rest. hahaha

Thanks in advance,
Matt
Matt,

Ditto on the Stryker 27C. Flies great in stock form. I've owned the regular Stryker, then the new-and-improved 27B as well as the now better-and-improved 27C...... waiting for a 27D (?).

It flies great at low (actually just floats in the air) and fast mine has been clocked at 81mph with a steep dive and some wind behind it. Normally, top speed is around 65 mph which is fast enough.

Check it out on www.parkzone.com
