Update:

Motor went to YS Parts and Service in Minden - came back running like a top. We maidened her Saturday morning - flies very nice (although I'm going to have to mix some down elevator in with throttle - climbs a bit on power)

Didn't retract the gear on flight #1, second flight did - and the damn Robart 615's collapsed on landing

Will be talking to LADO today about electric actuators, and Sierra about their retracts. Overall - still One Happy Camper.
