Actually yes, it would be easier to use 2 4s packs or 2 5s packs as they are half the size and can ble place on either side of the hull. I believe PAT ships WORLD WIDE - Free.

You would need 4500mAh 30C minimum or 5000mAh 25C minimum. If you would only be running 1P, your run times will be quite short. Maybe 1.5-3minutes or so with the smaller props having the most run time. Heat in the packs would most likely be the factor to limit run time.

The hull you linked would work with a NEU 1527. They are strong motors.
Neu 1527/2.5D for 8s
Neu 1527/1.5Y for 10s < My recommendation, especially for 1P lipos
A 10s setup has the potential for either longer run times than 8s or faster speeds than 8s. You can't have both, it all depends on the prop used.
