It was a fast-heavy transport... there was a model capable of carrying about 500 ton of payload at 400 km/h; no need of runway, low radar signal. Another model was equiped with massive missiles as uesad in ships, so you had there a "ship firepower" with a "plane perfomance"; not bad, isn't it?
Watch for "LUNA Ekranoplane"; I think it was the only one in service...
