I downloaded the free demo, and it has 4 planes and 2 maps. It uses the keyboard when you download it, but I would like to use a tx with it if possible. I just need to be able to teach my wife the sticks. Do any of you know if you can use a tx with the demo or only the full version? I don't want to go buy a cord for my 6ex or JR and then it not work.
The Interlink Elite controller which comes with the full version of G4, does work with the demo version as well. That has a jack on the back which allows you to use a real transmitter with the included cable.

I downloaded the same demo, and then bought the full version of G4. The transmitter that came with the full version then DID appear in the demo menu Controller/SelectController/Interlink Elite. Hope that helps.
