Budget is not really a concern, just that I hopefully make a good decision. I have seen the conversions from RS Engines. Per R/C Reports this might be a good way to go. I like the idea of the Ryobi 31cc on the Rascal 110. It would have plenty of power and fit the narrow cowl.
The other planes mentioned are still under consideration. I guess this thread might of been better titled "Best 1st Combo".
