Not a problem, put a few drops of acetone right on the pin and work it in. Follow it with enough acetone to flush out some of the loosened CA. Then add a few drops of penetrating oil.

The Acetone won't be able to travel very far at all into the slot holding the hinge, and even if it does, once it evaporates, the CA will re-harden.
