I am trying to set up my Futaba 9C transmitter to use Channel 2 and 5 as elevator servos (1 and 7 are ailerons) and at the moment ch5 is controlled by VR(E) (the flap switch on the right hand side of the transmitter) and ch2 is an elevator.

Does any one know how to make ch 5 another elevator ch or is there another way? I have spent 3 hours reading the maual, looking at the FAQ on the futaba website, google and rcuniverse searches and this is my last resort before taking a trip into town to the model shop to ask the guys in there how to do it.

I'm sure it's dead easy but can someone please spell it out to me please.
