I own a Viper.....
I have done just about every Mod you can think of....
My Truck is Much Faster than the Stock version....
In addition to all the aforementioned Mods, I would recommend THIS air Filter. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDAP2

The combo of Air Filter, Header and Pipe will Dramatically increase your Performance!!!!
