I have dealt with Nitroplanes several times over the last couple of years and have been satisfied with their kits for the most part. My most recent order arrived with several needed parts missing and a bag of parts that were obviously intended to be packed with a different plane. I posted on their forum <linked thru the ARF forum here at the top of the page> under the thread "Missing and Damaged Parts" and within 24 hours John <Nitroplanes1> from their service department sent me a response asking for a detailed description of all the parts missing which I sent him and within 5 days they were on my door step. You really shouldn't comment on something unless you have personal experience before bashing a company that you haven't tried yet.

And yes, I know ALL about their shortcomings but John in their service department appears to be busting his butt answering each complaint individually. Their phone call responses are very slow however so I would just post on the forum if you need help with something.
