Have you tried increasing the exponential on the transmitter? That will help make the right stick much less sensitive on-center, until you get used to the B400's response. Try putting in 20% expo on aileron and elevator, should make the cyclic much less responsive. If you think that is too much or little, try 15% or 25%...and see how it goes from there. I know it helped me alot when I first got mine..
