Lol, that's what I try and tell people....The Trex's just about fly themselves ! I love em. I have 2 SE V2's, a 600CF E, a 700 Npro on the way. Oh, and I too have the 400. Need somethin' for the dog to chew on.

You could move the links closer to the servo and that will reduce the throw too. If you reduce the servo travel you need to move all three servos the same amount or your swashplate won't be level at top and bottom stick. It won't mess the pitch up, it might lower it a bit. You could also reduce the swashmix for aileron and elevator and increase the pitch mix if it is lowered too much.

the swash mix is what determines the throw of the servo arms right? should i lower it all proportionally? will it mess up my pitch?

butters,
Have you tried increasing the exponential on the transmitter? That will help make the right stick much less sensitive on-center, until you get used to the B400's response. Try putting in 20% expo on aileron and elevator, should make the cyclic much less responsive. If you think that is too much or little, try 15% or 25%...and see how it goes from there. I know it helped me alot when I first got mine..
Hope this helps some,
Glenn
