I had the same problem with the covering on my TT. After the 10th flight of so, I had to reseal it after every single day at the field. A tipbut some clear fingernail polish over all the seams on the side your exhaust is on after you seal it all back down. That will prevent the cockpit shape and the trim stripes that run all the way down from coming off.
