Fly it. That is the only way to know what adjustments are needed.
Listen to it in the air. If it bogs down, coughing spitting when going low to hi, low end is rich. In extended vertical, if you hear rpm drop off, high end is lean.
Don't be afraid to adjust based on what it is doing.
That's why our model engines still have adjustable needles, and that's why manufacturers will say "run it and adjust as needed".
The only real way to learn and understand these things is to mess with 'em.
