your carb may need adjusting, but you will not know what to adjust until you start flying it, and if it ran well on the ground, even if the needles require adjustments, they will not be far off the mark enough to give you any problems flying.
I ran mine on the ground for about five or ten minutes before I went ahead and flew it and it was supereven on break-in fuel and with the needles set slightly rich.
As long as the engine runs reliably you should have confidence and go ahead and fly.
