For realism yes....for efficiency no.

Two bladed props are more efficient. The only reason to go to more blades is when you run out of ground clearance or are trying to run a little quieter (lower tip speed). Some guys use the scale 3 or 4 bladed prop for static display and fly with the 2 blader.

Actually one blade is most efficient but not very practical because you need a counter balance and you can't balance dynamically.

PS- Plus they are usually cheaper
