Default OS 46 FS TROUBLE...HELP NEEDED

Hi i have a OS46 Fs installed on a hanger 9 cherokee, engine mounts require engine to be mounted on its side,i tried to put it in upright position but the hole orientation won't allow it, the problem i am having is the engine seems to starts easily even with a chicken stick and idles fine but when i increase the throttle it becomes rough and quits, another problem is i noticed a drop of glow fuel hanging from the emgine head and when i lifted the nose up a hole lot of fuel poured out of the muffler as well.

Is there a seal or gaskit thats leaking in the engine head or should i just try tightening the bolts?I have a hobbico RPM meter do you know the proper RPM ranges for this engine..?

Your input will be appreciated...

thanks
