redbaron- please don't take this wrong, but saying that it is in idle-up doesn't mean a lot. If you were talking about a RTF King 2 we'd know what you were talking about, but the MiniT is a bit of a step up, and you can program idle-up a lot of different ways.

Please post the following so we can think about it:
- motor brand and model
- pinion you're using
- ESC model and what you've set
- transmitter type, and throttle and pitch curves
- battery brand and model

The symptoms you're describing are a little complicated to sort out, so the above information will make it clearer. I may not be the guy with the answer, but that info may strike a chord with one of us.
