If its the 1:350 version, the hull is plenty big enough. A bit of sense, care and thinking will allow for a coaming around the opening under the superstructure. The hull is perfectly capable of handling a considerable swell, but will be unhappy with a chop. The big problem is the camo scheme. It will tend to disappear in the right (wrong?) light conditions.
