We flew The Merlin 90 at a airshow in Germany this weekend.
we did about 17-18 flights

i count 8 minutes full throttle with 2,5 liters of fuel,average flight time is about 10 minutes.
i dont count the startup time and taxi out,i just take off and start timer.

performance :
luckely there where 3 more boomerangs there.
it Flew circles around a Elan with a Wren SS,one Elan with a P-120SE could NOT outrun the Merlin 90 by any chance.
landing speed was even more impressive , since the hole model lands at half the speed then the P-120SE.
and weighs less.
acceleration is really good , and there is no noticeable delay when you fly it.
i did some low speed aerobatics , where you need fast acceleration.
i just was amased how fast it got to full power.
the sound i can not even discribe , it is really special.
ps: i flew also the same Elan with a P-120SE , and you can feel the differance in performance since the weight is higher.
