Default RE: Engine Tuning

I have been to draper lake many times. I certainly woul not go anywhere with out my ama card LOL. I'm sure there are plenty of peps that do but not me. What fuel do you run? I am wanting to run the cool power fuel in the new engine My understanding is as long as it is a BB engine than I can do that. I took the other motor in to have it checked the compression is fine and the guy says it runs ok but it will not pull the plane unless there is agood head wind. Seems funny to me but I am going today and grab and engine just not sure which one. Does the TT have a rear adjustment knob or front mounted? That is my concern I have gotten used to the rear adjustment screw and the front one kinda spooks me. I lived in Moore for about 12 years or so. Well going out shortly to pick up a motor I missed one on ebay brand new in a box for 45 bucks with shipping kicking myself now for not buying it. I would love to have the OS46AX but dont want to drop the extra $40 for it. I have to be carefull with the prop selection ran a 11X4 which is what the my LHS guy said would give me more torque and there was not much clearance between it and the ground. Anyway thanks again for the help! Mike
