Hi Bill,
We have been using digital servos just about as long as they have been available. The only issue I have ever had is we let the smoke out on a couple and we had to send the servos back to get the smoke put back in. ( basically the servos were fighting each other)
Not once did it ever effect the rx's.
The head of futaba at GP uses one rx with a NiMH pack on his 40% no power boxes or any extra stuff. He (frank Noll) flies compition with that setup
