With the dual pick up rudder, run one cooling line to the head and out the boat & the other to the manifold, then the exhaust & out the boat. Make sure the line in is always on the bottom of the header, manifold and pipe & the line out is on the top, this makes sure the chambers fill entirely with water & give maximum cooling.

It's hard to tell in the pic, but the prop doesn't look like it's been sharpened & balanced, that is something you do want to do before you run it, the better the balance on it the better it will run.
