Hmm, if the gears on the VXL is different from the older versions of the Stampede, then how about those shafts? I got the older version of the Pede (not XL-5 or VXL) and those shafts are always breaking. Is there a mod I can do? Is the VXL shafts better than the older version of the Pede shafts or are they the same? Will they work on the older version?
