is there a connection between 1/2a and motorcycles?

I'm just getting into the 1/2a thing, but I just had to check in on this one, since i rode into work today......too nice out not to. '98 suzuki gs500. I know, I know. But I put a buell flyscreen on it so at least it looks a little more exotic now
