It was over on rcgroups, think it belonged to a friend of the poster... no details on what paint was used alas, but looks like some sort of gloss.

I might have to buy myself an airbrush... just a cheapo one.

Lovely looking bird... once I've made sure It's not going to become a lawn dart straight away i'll be aiming to do a similar job!
