The original power plant that came with the Ascent kit (v1.0) was a brushed 400. Really poor performance. You needed zero wind to even get decent climbs. That's when I replaced it with the 2700kv Eflight Six Series. Being new 2 the electric realm, I didn't realize how much of a power house I was placing in it. I needed to replace the prop and spinner with a Graupner because I started to warp the blades on the kit!! They couldn't handle the new engine. [X(]
