Hey guys,

Well this is really not news that I wanted to share.. and honestly I am shocked. However I have tried my best to keep people as up to date as possible.

I have been trying to get ahold of SCott for 3-4 weeks and normally for the most part I was always able to get him within a couple of days via the phone or email. With everything going on my email and pm boxes have been blowing up and honestly I had run out of answers.

About 1.5 months ago Scott's main supplier was cut off from credit from the wholesalers and was no longer going to be able to get as good of prices until things go straightened out. This meant overnight the profit on his biggest selling engines was going to be cut by $70. Believe me when I tell you that was nearly a 50% hit. So I knew if he didn't find another source quick he may continue to service and repair, but it wasn't likely he would do as much selling because it wasn't worth the time and money involved.

That being said Scott sent this guy $2500 about a month ago to get caught up on the parts he needed... 2 weeks went by and no parts, long story short that guy went out of business and took Scott's money with him.

Scott has been trying to figure out a way to deal with everything but that was the final brick wall.. he has spent all of his money trying to save the business and health bills and now every other household bill is now months behind... they are so far behind he is on the edge of loosing his house.

This is all I know at this point.. I got an email from him and I haven't talked to him on the phone. This is a crazy week for me at work and nights are busy for me because I am moving in 2 weeks. I am going to see if I can find out what he is going to do with the repairs. I would think he would atleast just try and send them back.

Long story short there are going to be a few jumping up and down with I told you so's.. but considering everyone needs to read this info I suggest everyone try and keep the thread from being closed.

The official word is Brillelli is dead.

* Please don't pm me looking for more details.. I have just spilled my guts and I don't know anything more.. I have been in the dark myself for longer than I realized.
....so the guy is throwing his business away over $2500??? Dang, it just doesn't make sense. What happened to the other $20-$30 thousand dollars? Also what does everyone think those of us who've paid him $350-$600 should do? Man this is real problem here. There's got to be more to the story here.
